£2.99 to £6.99 depending on weight.
A next day service is offered at £10 for orders placed before 12 noon (this excludes personalised items and large party agent orders). Next Day orders placed before 12 noon Monday-Thursday will be despatched the same day, to arrive the next working day (*8-6pm). Orders placed after 12 noon Thursday will arrive on the following Monday. Orders placed after 12 Noon Friday & over the weekend will arrive the following Tuesday.

Delivery Schedule

Please allow 1 week for UK orders.

International orders are generally received in under 14 days.

Personalised order take an additional 3 days.

CHRISTMAS DELIVERIES: We will be despatching orders right up to 24 December. Please be sure to order before 22 December to ensure you receive your gifts before Christmas.

If possible please do not email us straight after placing an order requesting a delivery date because we receive so many emails and it takes so much time to reply to them. We would rather be spending our time packaging and sending the orders!

Back Orders

It is very rare that we run out of stock. However, if there is an item out of stock we will send you the rest of the goods and the remaining items will follow within a couple of weeks. Please note that payment will be taken at the time of the order in order to allocate the stock to you.

Tax Charges

All our prices include VAT where it is applicable.

Returns Policy

If the goods are unsuitable or faulty please contact us within 7 working days of receiving the goods or return them to us within 28 days. Please return the goods to us at the above address specifying if you would like a replacement or full refund.

If the goods are unsuitable then we must be able to resell the goods so if the packaging has been damaged then we may reclaim the cost of the packaging. We are not able to refund or replace personalised goods unless they are faulty as we are not able to resell them.

You will receive a refund or replacement within 2 weeks of returning the goods

We are unable to process any queries regarding orders over 90 days unless the items are faulty.
